My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens when we reconnect with our true selves. I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure of who they are after years of people-pleasing, caregiving, or grief. Together, we untangle the patterns that are no longer serving you and explore what you truly need to feel whole, grounded, and free.

I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, systems theory, and mindfulness. I also use practical tools like boundary work, journaling, and stress regulation to support both insight and action. This integrative approach helps clients challenge unhelpful thoughts, name core values, reframe old stories, and build sustainable habits for change.

Clients often describe our work as uplifting, clarifying, and deeply affirming as they move from burnout and self-suppression toward authenticity, purpose, and peace.
