My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens when we reconnect with our true selves. I work with professionals and individuals who feel depleted and unsure of who they are after years of working in high responsibilty roles. Together, we untangle the patterns that are no longer serving you and explore what you truly need to feel whole, grounded, and free.
I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, systems theory, and mindfulness. I also use practical tools like values discovery, boundary work and nervous system regulation to support both insight and action. This integrative approach helps clients find clarity, challenge unhelpful thoughts, name core values, reframe old stories, and build sustainable habits for change.
Clients often describe our work as clarifying and validating as they move from burnout and self-suppression toward authenticity, purpose, and peace.
